"I met a friend for brunch. I got the peach and strawberry crepes, which were very good, and the chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy for a to-go order for my daughter, she enjoyed them. My only complaint is that when they gave me the to-go bag, the containers were at an angle, leaking gravy all over. Leaking gravy aside, I will likely bring my family to dine in. The only reason I gave three stars to food is because this was my first time here and we only ordered the two meals."
"Twenty plus members of our Bradley Bourbonnais Senior Club took a road trip down I57 to have lunch at Family House. It was well worth the ride. Food, price and service all five star.We had made reservations and were met at the door on arrival. Very welcoming."
"Service was amazing our server was very attentive and made us feel welcomed, everyone’s food was sooo good and came out very quickly!! We stopped here based off the reviews and they did not disappoint! Highly recommended, it was pretty loud because it was so packed but definitely don’t let that stop you! The owners are super hospitable and friendly! Certainly enjoyed our meal, the steak, and pancakes had a lot of flavor."
