"I previously gave this location 5 stars but that definitely changed today. Ordered a pickup order, 3 6in subs and a wrap. 2 of the steak wraps were not heated and the meat damn near had ice on it. The employee put the incorrect cheese on the wrap and the chicken on it was ice cold, and the wrap was put together very sloppy (there wasn't very much on the inside so I'm not sure why the employee couldn't wrap it like a normal wrap). I did not have time to go back and correct this cuz I'm traveling through, which really sucks cuz we were all unhappy with the food we received."
"Just not what it used to be, never enough staff, when you're dealing mostly with lunch meat and precooked food (which is what you expect when you eat subway) your staff has to be amazing because it all you got, one person working doesn't cut it. The staff in the past was friendly and personable now it's one person going through the motions, for the price I can go next door, get the stuff and make my own."
