"Don't bother putting anything in the notes apparently. Hotel delivery should automatically come with utensils salt pepper napkins etc but you don't even get them when you ask for them...and then still expect a tip. Won't happen again."

"Last night 9/11/2020 my parents had a voucher from my dads work which is super nice of his work. Well dominos turned a nice gesture into a nightmare. My parents ordered there food at 6:40 and were told to come in 25 minutes. They got in the drive thru at 7:25 and sat there for over an hour. They had 3 people come out and ask them what there names were and what there orders were. They finally got to the drive thru window to be told they didn't even have there order!!! They then retook there order and my parents pulled out of the drive thru so others could get there food. Then 20 minutes later they went back through the drive thru to be told again they did not have there order my mom had to get the manager just so they could get there order and 15 mins later they finally got there food. They ordered at 6:40 and they finally got there food at 9:00. This whole ordeal was very uncalled for and very unprofessional!!!! I dont normally talk bad about restaurants bc they all have bad days but this was just very unorganized and just awful!!!! I would not blame my parents for not ordering from this business again!!!!"
