"There’s ALWAYS an issue every time I order from this store. No driver, no food, 2 hour waits. It’s RIDICULOUS! Just close the damn store. The food rarely even comes made right! Then they got the nerve to be rude. I also had a charge on my card for 50$ from them that I NEVER got back and overlooked."

"I would give a 0 star but I can't. These worthless morons made me wait almost 3 hours for my food, just to tell me that the driver is out of town and it would be quite a while before my food will show up. Needless to say I will never order food from them again."

"The past few times I ordered online, I requested the bleu cheese dressing with the Papadilla, instead of ranch. Each time I got ranch and not bleu cheese. I didn't make it a big deal. Tonight I called the store to verify I'd be getting what I asked for on the order. The worker's vocal tone was rather short and dismissive when I mentioned I haven't been getting the requested product the past few times. He was overly quick to hang up. I understand it's Friday and the store might be busy, but if you don't take the time provide proper customer service, you will drive away future business."
