"We were just traveling through and decided to make a quick stop to eat. There isn't a Jack's where we live so we decided to eat locally. Try new restaurants. The food was great. We had biscuits and gravy, A breakfast wrap (bacon egg and cheese) and a burger. All of which were great tasting. The staff was amazing. Very kind and made us feel welcome. I wish I could have customer service like that everywhere I go. I didn't catch the girls name that was so nice to us but if she reads this she'll remember who we were (vegas 2015 was the story)."
"No one created that we were there enough to take our order. After asking if we could place an order a lady huffed and said "I guess I can do it". She was promptly told nit to worry about it that we would go somewhere else. She couldn't care less. The weren't even real busy."
"was JUST there. very long wait in line. the mac and cheese top was broken as soon as i looked in and that’s all the mac and cheese i got for over $3. it tasted awful. the fries were not salted at all, and the chicken on the sandwich was mostly fat and didn’t taste good. took three bites of sandwich and ended up throwing away $13 worth of food because it wasn’t good at all."
