"Placed a mobile order......I ordered 3 piece 2hite meal ..1 breast and 2 wings ...was given 3 wings....i called to ask what the deal was....because they came out abd wanted to know what we ordered because they lost our receipt and couldn't remember what we ordered........was told that I needed to check my bag before I left....I told her she do her job and we wouldn't have to check the bag...she then told me if I wanted chicken just to cook it myself ...very rude...hateful and she refused to give me her name...."
"I have not ever gone to this location without having issues! The tenders are always tiny and miss counted! The mac and cheese is just one big glob of cheese. I was missing half my order even called told them I was on the way. They argued with husband and demanded a receipt which they didn't give us. When you ask for honey they hear no honey! You have to ask for sauce or honey at least twice of not a third time! It is always a wait! Even if you order online and live 17 minutes away or even at non busy hours!"
"Placed order for 3 meals in drive through, was told to pull around. After waiting a while and talking to the lady at the register we were told our food would be right out. We sat waiting for 35 minutes and never received our food. When we asked for a refund the manager responded with a very rude attitude."
