"Came in on 02/26 for a massage after receiving MULTIPLE re-introductory massage emails for $69.95, when I got done with my massage (which wasn't even that great might I add) the receptionist told me because it wasn't my first time that I had to pay $109. The manager Ciara barely cared about the emails and made it seem as if she was doing me a favor and said that she'll honor the price "this time" and they have nothing to do with the corporate emails. Mind you, I put in my card for it to be charged for the booking to even be confirmed, as to why it wasn't charged has nothing to do with me and everything to do with the site. However, I got a confirmation email and showed up for my appointment. I never got an apology for the inconvenience instead this piss poor customer service manager acted as if she was doing me a damn favor. I won't be back here at all. So beware for anyone that uses the last minute deals or corporate emails at this location, in other words.. they don't give a damn."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We booked what we thought was a couples massage online and paid in advance. When we arrived for the appointment the next day they told us they didn’t have a therapist that could give us the massage. We talked to the receptionist about it who told us they simply just weren’t able to accommodate us. Since they weren’t able to help us we left. After leaving we called back to make sure they would refund our money but were told that, even though they weren’t able to do what we requested and paid for, they still weren’t going to give us our money back."

"I had my first experience today and I must say they did not disappoint… Joy gave me a massage that had me feeling like I was given a new body. It was just amazing. From the time I walked in the door the customer service was great. And my massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated. So thank you…. I will definitely return… Mrs. Joy did not come to play. She was given a task and did amazingly. Definitely book with her if you want to feel rejuvenated."

"This was one of the worst massages I’ve ever experienced. Both my husband and had an awful experience and it was a waste of time and money. We recently became members of Hand & Stone due to a wonderful experienced we received in our home town of Mobile. The massage therapist was given specific areas of concentration any there was no pressure or time spent on my trouble areas. I did, however, receive a well oiled body because I was told how dry my skin was. My husband and I were in town visiting and thought it would be a great way to relax but we definitely will not return to this location!"

"Terrible massage waste of my time and money. Paid extra for LAME add-on. My wife and I both had awful massage from 2 different people. We are new MEMBERS because our initial experience was very good in our home town of Mobile, AL this store NEEDS better massage therapist. JUST HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!!!"
