"Maybe I just went on a bad day but I did not receive the most friendliest of services by the employees at this location. There was 1 girl that was somewhat helpful but the rest were just rude. I understand they have to restock stuff but it seemed like every time me & my friends would move around in the store they would come right up to where we were and just get in front of us then say excuse me. After about the 5th time it started to get a little old. The manager or whoever was in charge was rude when asked if we could buy the tester product since they were sold out of the mini lotions that I was needing. All she had to do is politely say "we can't sell the tester products" but instead she got an attitude about it. It was a simple yes or no question we wasn't giving nobody a hard time about it. They didn't have alot of items that I went for that showed as available in store either. I will not go back to this location again. I'd rather go to a store where they are more friendlier to the customers."
"Very neat and welcoming! Associates were friendly and helpful. Went to pick up an online order and it was quickly retrieved & accurate too. No problem redeeming rewards for my free item. I wish there was a candle called B&BW that just smelled like all of the smells when you walk in. :)"
"The cashier knew the wall flowers were on sale. However, she rung them up for full price. I brought them back in the store and asked her about it. She said show her my email coupon. That was stupid!"
"Its a great store to visit. The staff is very nice and the buy experiences is very simple. They had the special for the hand soap beginning $2.50. They allowed you to smell and try all the available senses. My wife really enjoyed herself. If you need some items from Bath & Body Works go to this store ASAP."
