"I'd appreciate a call regarding my experience on 1/28/24 with Pharmacy staff member Riakl, if that’s her name! She declined to provide her name and her name tag was covered. Unfortunately, her behavior was rude and not reflective of Walgreens' standards. As a former employee, I noticed a discrepancy in service compared to what I used to provide. Despite the late hour, professionalism is crucial, especially in healthcare. This is by far the worst Walgreens in American! I will be calling corporate as well!!! Find some new employees! If I could give zero stars, I would!"

"This is the Worst Walgreens in Alabama! for two years it had been hell trying to get my Medicine filled .some times the say after being on hold for in my case 50 minutes that my Prescription is ready for pick up.They you drive 9 miles only to find the front door sign sayes to go to the drive through. Today like any other time there is 10 cars waiting in The Line after 23 minutes one car pull off THIS PHARMISIST is one of the most unprofessional PHARMISIST in the State of Alabama In the history of PHARMISIST. I have heard her say I am not going to loose my License for anybody ! Aside has now been an hour and the Truck in front of me just Pulled away .now we are thw 5th car in line it has been 1 hour and 23 minutes in line and we are still in line. This Walgreens bought out Winn Dixie and now it is much worse here they could ot was they couldn't handle what they had and now its hell .So Please go to a MOM AND POP DRUG STORE AND SAVE YOUR LIFE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE WILL BE MUCH LOWER .AND YOU WANT BE FULL OF CHEST PAIN ...RUN FROM THIS WALGREENS IT is Hell ...and now they can't find my prescription after 1 hour and 33 minutes to get to the drive through window and they can't find my Medicine. It is not health for a person with heart problems to set in a line for 1 hour and 33 minutes and then they can't find my prescription.. If you don't believe what I am saying just bring you prescription here and see for yourself just like these 10 cars and Trucks did today and by the way there are now cars wrapped around the building.and I am still sitting in front of the window waithon"

"I met Katherine today at Walgreens in Pinson. She is so pleasant and very professional. I had a great experience today and just wanted to brag about the people in the pharmacy. The pharmacist is also friendly. It's nice to be able to give them a compliment. The drive thru should be proud."

"This pharmacy, specifically the only the pharmacist there working literally makes up policies as to why she cant/wont fill a prescription without giving any explanation. I have filled prescriptions with walgreens every where. TN, GA, MS, LA, VA, FL, AR, PA and so. The only time ive had an issue is California because by law they will not fill a prescription (paper or electronic) from anywhere out of state. The only reason i was given was because my Doctor is located more than 50 miles away in Huntsville… ive been filling the same prescription for 6 years. Beware all the reviews you’ve read prior to mine. I was told by their pharmacy tech i was good to go, give us 30 mins blah blah. it’s clear as day this pharmacist just makes up stuff on the fly and ultimately takes away revenue/profit from the business that employs her. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I rarely take the time to write a review unless i feel its absolutely necessary to spare someone else the headache."
