"They broke my tire sensor replaced it with a non compatible one. So to avoid the run around I took it to the dealer and they replaced it telling me they put the wrong one on there. I went back to this business spoke with Mario-owner I suppose, between him and his wife I waited over an hour to be reimbursed with $40 of $250 I had to pay for it to be replaced. I wasn't mad at first but I've been there many times and have sent my kids there but I will not EVER go there. He tells me I should have came back to him. I said no cause I had already been back plus before I got there I called him telling him I was on the way and I guess he burned rubber leaving cause I never saw him face to face! If u have a flat and your car has a sensor pray to God they don't break it!"
"I purchased two tires from this company. Two days later I notice a slow leak in my tire I called and was told to come back. Once I arrive the owner stated that it was a small hole and it wasn’t covered under the warranty. I ask what was covered he still could not explain…..He stated it’s rotated in soapy water before sold when it took him 10min to find the pea size hole. The owner then proceeds to laugh in my face and move to the next customer. This was the worst treatment I have ever received from anyone! So be aware the warranty is just to put you at ease under no circumstances will they replace or fix your tire without you paying more money. (Response) It was actually just a bad tire all around no nail at all I took it to another tire shop where the showed and allowed me to feel the damage to the tire that was giving you can look at pictures and see it was a bad tire. Just bad business I have kept tire this is now a legal matter you can’t keep taking people hard earned could have just owned up and fix tire or replaced tire"
