"Hands down, our best experience with a remodeling company. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. A great company that has teams of “experts” to help you get through the remodeling process. Each was an expert in their area and did an outstanding job. We are already looking forward to another remodel project with them. Highly recommend Wolde Flooring Co."

"Visited the store to select flooring, and was treated like family. A wide variety of products is available for selection. Great all around experience with super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Scheduling was a breeze and the happy, motivated crew showed up on time and went right to work putting down new flooring in my kitchen, adjacent pantry/laundry room, and an upstairs bathroom. Finished the job in two days and everything looked just beautiful! Great attention to detail. The perfect experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND WOLDE FLOORING!!"

"I had a custom home built for Murphy Homes in Madison. Wolfe Flooring was the subcontractor used for all the floor, shower, and tile work. Within 6 years, our shower started leaking into the basement. Our subfloor is rotting with black mold. We spent $3,500 ripping out insulation and remediating the moisture/mold. We are now spending $25k redoing the shower and tile floor in our master bathroom. The shower itself was a disaster. The waterproof membrane didn't cover the shower up to the perimeter of the shower. The floor was improperly sloped to allow for adequate drainage (essentially, the floor sloped into the bedroom). The backer boards were secured with drywall screws that were disintegrating. The backer boards also had inadequate screws to hold the boards in place, essentially allowing the boards to float between the tile and subfloor. To make things worse, the shower walls were not waterproofed at all. While the shower "looked nice," the primary function is to keep water inside the shower and Wolde failed us miserably. It is apparent to me that Wolde Flooring uses unskilled labor. Our neighbors have had similar issues with these people, particularly with the showers. It was very obvious looking at the poor quality underneath the nice finishes that Wolde is not who you want to go with. I would never let these people back into my home, and never let them do work for my friends without letting them know about our issues."

"This has been an experience. let me rate each person separately. 1 Star would be showing grace to the salesman. He thought it was his job to try and call me out about buying my kids a playstation5. His exact words to me "how much did you overpay for that PlayStation?' Not sure why that guy thought it was any of his business what I paid for anything in my house. It took everything I had not to kick him out my house immediately! 3 stars for the lady I spoke to at the store when picking out my floor. She seemed knowledgeable in some areas but not in others. But overall, it was a better experience. flooring guys- this is a harder one. they came on time and worked until we had to ask them to leave. this is not always a bad thing. flooring came up great with their machine and before you know it the new floor was being laid. This is where they excelled! The finish up is where they tanked. I have a few scratches on my new floor where the refrigerator was moved, when removing the old 1/4 round someone hit the baseboard with a claw hammer and left it, when moving a desk they busted it up and tried to hide it, they never removed the old caulk and now I have this line of old caulk above the new 1/4 round, and finally I paid to have it caulked and it wasn't caulked hardly at all. When i called about the problems the lady at the store told me that the flooring guy would be back Monday and I could talk to them about my problems. This was impossible since I'm the only one that spoke english. When i asked about the caulk job she said " they are laxed about the caulk" I guess I'll be laxed on the payment for said caulk. Paying this much money i would expect a dang near perfect job. what I actually received was a rush job EVERY employee I delt with wanted to do something other than work. if I could do it over again i would choose a different company. Now I have to fix everything they didn't care to do correctly."

"We recently built a home and worked with Wolde on tile and countertops since that’s who our builder contracted for his homes. However, it has been one of the worst experiences. We visited Wolde several times to make selections with little help from anyone there. It was no surprise that our paperwork was completely messed up. Thankfully, we caught numerous mistakes from our own thorough review prior to them placing the order. One would hope the bad experience would have stopped there but it only got worse, much worse. All showers have to be completely regrouted because they used a sanded grout making it extremely grainy between tiles. Two shower niches and two bathroom floors have to be replaced altogether because of poor installation and in some cases the wrong tile used. The tile in general was disgusting when moving in due to grout haze and mesh packaging left on tiles. We were told they would come back and fix their work but we still have these issues today, 3.5 months after closing. If you need tile installation done choose someone else or do it yourself. I’m confident anyone could do a better job than this place."
