"Best experience ever with a tile project! We went to Floor & Decor because the Lowe's and Home Depot stores we usually shop at did not have any kitchen wall tile that fit what we wanted. We thought we would just check inventory and hopefully find something. What we found was a completely different service experience, one that is head and shoulders above the other stores! We had a knowledgeable employee greet us like welcomed guests (not like customers) and walk us through the huge selection of tiles, asking about our preferences, our matching surfaces, etc. She helped us select several tiles as samples. After reviewing the samples at home, we decided on a tile. The next week, we went back to the store to make our purchase. We were welcomed (by a different person) and, after explaining that we were ready to pick out the rest of our items and purchase the tiles, we were again treated as guests. We were escorted to each area of the store to pick out mortar, grout , tiles and trim. We did not lift a finger; they informed us of the options and provided insight to support our choices. They put everything on the cart, scanned it into a handheld scanner and brought us to the register for checkout. We were able to get this all done in about 15 minutes. All without needing to search for what we wanted or wonder if we knew enough to make the right choices. And the prices were competitive to the big box stores. Interesting note; a couple that entered the store at the same time we did, to return their 5-6 flooring samples, was checking our with their purchases at the same time we were. They had the same experience we did. Great selections, competitive pricing and excellent service!! We have a new favorite place to shop for our tile and flooring needs!"

"Fred Jackson at the Huntsville store was the most helpful. He answered a lot of our questions we had with experience and knowledge. He even helped us load it up and take it out to the truck. Highly recommend to ask for him if you need assistance."

"Lots of beautiful glass, Porcelain and tile for the artistic mind! Not just for remodeling the house! BEAUTIFUL stuff!!! Remodeled our home, ripped out all the carpet and put in floor. Love the look but not how it feels. Feels dry and dirty even when clean. I have to wear shoes in my home. Not happy about that."

"Todd & Stephen with a ~ph~ were amazing! Todd helped us find EVERYTHING we could possibly need. He shared a lot of new information & suggested ideas we didn’t even know were possible. They were really so kind & helpful in figuring out what we needed. They both lifted a very heavy vanity. Thennnnnn to finish it off they loaded it for us in like 110•F. We will be back for sure & telling everyone about this awesome store! So many choices, good prices, & THE BEST STAFF EVER!!!"

"Wow! We weren't expecting this! Very large store with huge selection of flooring of any kind, from high-end to very affordable options. The place was so well done, with an army of workers who were eager to help. Great selection of hardwood, engineered hardwood, and any stone you can imagine. Nice selection of outdoor flooring options, which we weren't expecting. Did I mention tile? Massic variety of tile options from wall to floor. Really nice options for vanities with little vignettes setup to inspire you. No doubt this place is going to do really great in Madison. We will be back!"
