"Michelle and the whole entire team were so welcoming and showed a lot of grace to me when I came for what I thought was a setup appointment I had tried to do online. When I got there, I gave my name and the nice lady at the front desk informed me my name was not in their system for an appointment. I kind of panicked since I thought all was good for when I signed up online but I believe my browser must have froze or something when I hit the submit button & maybe didn’t get submitted. I thought I would be going home to reschedule, but they instead rearranged things for me and got me in still! That was so kind. I also had a great experience with my thorough cleaning (that was not painful & was better than I was used to) and they were sure to check what was covered by my insurance or not to give me options for what they would do.
