"Sadly disappointed. I called Jess McKown on Monday 1/9. She was very professional on the phone and even emailed me to let me know she would get some quotes put together and let me know the options in a few days. I thought that was perfectly fine. On Friday 1/13 I followed up about options. On Monday 1/16 she emailed me that she was waiting on some questions to be answered but due to the holiday every one was closed. Long story short. It’s been 2 weeks and have not heard back."
