"Very good person, very good insurance agent. June 2019 we had large oak tree fall through our roof at our home. I called at 7am next morning to leave a message for my agent. Agent Jeff Parker actually answered the phone and helped me file a claim . Within 2 hours Mr Parker showed up at my house to check on things. He told me not to worry that Farmers had this covered. Indeed they did. He helped guide me through the whole process until completion of new roof and other damages repaired. Mr Parker exudes confidence that all is going to be just fine.
