"They do great work, but I am disappointed that my dog has been turned away twice now due to his size and/or his not coming frequently enough. I've had my pup for all 12 years of his life and, thus, have paid for grooming services many times. Other than DD's, I've never been told that his size (58 lbs) cannot be accommodated or that because it's been more than a year, he'll need to go elsewhere. I don't understand. There are three other places I know of in the area, two of which are not preferred. So I have to just hope the third can take him."

We visited several other groomers in Hueytown before we tried this one - they're by far the best! I recently learned they also do boarding, so we look forward to giving them a try next time we're out of town."
