"Not welcoming AT ALL! I don’t want to accuse anyone’s his establishment of being “racist”; HOWEVER….my daughter and I went there today hoping to find a prom dress. Unbeknownst to us, you needed an appointment. We walked in, no one greeted us. We walked around, no one said anything to us. Shortly thereafter, another mom and daughter of a different race came in about 5 minutes after us. They were immediately greeted. A separate clerk came from behind the counter, walked to them, asked if they had an appointment, they said no. The clerk proceeded to explain to them the process and engaged in further discussion with them. All the while my daughter and I were overlooked, and left standing there like mannequins. I immediately told my daughter we were leaving and would NEVER patronize a “business” like this. VERY DISAPPOINTING since this is my daughter’s first prom to attend. The excitement of shopping for a dress soon dissolved!!!"
