"ordered a part with priority 2 day shipping and paid for it. after a couple days called the company and they had not mailed it out yet! The woman said it would go out that day. Today, 11 days later the wrong part showed up. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY terrible service they dont care about you or all the problems they create for you...you have been warned !!!"
"The owners/employees of this business acted very nasty towards members of their community. While a community event was going on across the street, they stood outside and screamed at people that parked in a parking lot adjacent to their business. (Keep in mind—there are no signs indicating that it’s a private parking lot.) During the whole event, I saw no more than 10 customers pull into their business, so I hope it was worth it to them to show their true (nasty) attitude towards their community."
"There was a community event across from this establishment. I’m not sure of who this woman was. She was an older lady. She was EXTREMELY RUDE to us for trying to park there. We were working the community event. This is not how you treat people who serve the community."
"I needed a lawn mower blade so I went in and got one unfortunately it wasn't the right one fortunately they took it back they refunded my money easily and simply once I showed my receipt. Customer service was outstanding they seem to have a variety of products no lines no waiting."
