Missing one star for not checking in with me on the status of repairs and then calling the wrong number when my car was actually ready for pickup. It also took 3 weeks when it was estimated at 1 but it was around the holidays so I understand. The customer service is overall really great and the repairs are perfect."

"Left a vehicle that was immaculate, for a fender replacement. There are 4 massive (and obvious at night) scratches that were not present before the fender replacement. When I originally came in for the estimate, the estimator even commented on how clean, with zero swirl marks, this black vehicle was. Extremely frustrated with how poor the workmanship and quality was. I’m a car guy, and I expect excellent work. This was the worst quality I have ever seen out of a body shop, and even more disgusted that they were ok with giving it back to me this way. I will be leaving it until resolved."
