"This is the place to go for honest help with your car! Owner is down to earth and very polite! His understands that we all want to have a running car, but also money in our pockets! Now I had to wait some time, but no big deal as it is close to Christmas when I dropped it off at his shop! Stamp of approval from me! I needed to add the air was fixed. Now it wasn't the main thing I took it there for. But mentioned it and couple other things, driver window, air and I think my lights. Air worked 1 day. Window still the same, lights where fixed until last night. So 3 months!? Anyway changing my experience. I don't know where the 235.00 went for. I know Freon is expensive. So maybe that was it."

"The Check Engine light on my Ford Transit came on when my driver was in the area of Accel Auto. I had the driver go to Accel for an accurate diagnosis. (The driver had already been to Autozone and sold a set of plugs for a single cylinder misfire on a 40k vehicle. I know a bit about this stuff, and knew that was a parts seller guess and NOT an accurate diagnosis.) Nathan at Accel communicated well on the phone, diagnosed an intermittent issue with a coil, and implemented a solution that was cost effective and solved the problem. Great experience!"
