"A heartless dentistry that charged me $50.00 for calling and canceling a appointment due to my Father's passing away. A rude staff and office manager. Of course if they have to change your date because the dentist has a issue thats perfectly fine. Its not like you can charge them $50.00 for breaking or changing your appointment."

"I just love Dr. Kornegay and his staff. My dad uses him and a few years ago when my insurance changed I decided to give them a try. They have always been so sweet and patient. So nice on the phone as well. I just loved them. I’m sad to say that my insurance has changed once again and I am having to leave them now...If I ever get insurance they accept back I will be returning as a patient ASAP! "We were clients with this dentist for a few years. I had a family emergency come up and was forced to reschedule an appointment last year. After we attended our rescheduled appointment, we scheduled an appointment six months later. Unfortunately, my number had been changed and they were not able to get ahold of me to remind me of our appointment. They then dropped my child as a client. We were never given a warning or given an opportunity to remedy the situation. I was never emailed or mailed with any information of an appointment reminder. I understand that there was miscommunication, but the office manager was not at all helpful in resolving the matter. She made no attempt to help and seemed to have a "I could care less" attitude. In my opinion, it is obvious that they do not care about keeping clients. Last year was a really difficult year, I lost two immediate family members. It took a toll on my entire family. The Kornegay office refused to take into account why I had to reschedule my first appointment. The number change was an error on my end, but I honestly did not think to update it with everything I have to juggle day to day. We are all human and we all make mistakes. It would have been nice to have experienced a more compassionate, professional approach from this dentist office, especially since we have been going to them for the last couple of years."
