"They gave me a TERRIBLE haircut. I asked for them to cut my front pieces of hair just a little shorter in the front so it's a little below my chin for when I take them out of ponytails. One side was the correct length, and then the other was cut to my nose, and a much larger amount of hair too! I also asked for long layers throughout, and it was cut so minor that the change is completely unnoticeable. One of the worst haircuts I've ever received and I DO NOT RECOMMEND for women looking for any haircut other than a straight chop."
"Went in for a shampoo only & was a bit frustrated at first because a couple people went in front of me even after I checked in online. When it was my turn I asked one of the employees (Loretta) how it worked, and she let me know that they need to be informed in store even if you check in online to confirm you are at the correct location etc. Now I will know for next time & she was very friendly about it. She gave me the BEST shampoo I've ever had & super friendly service. I will definitely be returning to this location. Thanks Loretta!"
