"Do not go to use Penny. She burnt my hair up. It’s been 11 months and it’s still damage. I had if cut four times. Used expensive products and I can’t seem to get the protein back in my hair. I wanted the brunette taken from my hair and decided to go blonde and then decided if not to be over processed to go white the pretty silver on older woman. Huge mistake!! My hair didn’t take silver all over especially in the back so I’m the same day Penny added blonde on top of the silver. I’m not no hairdresser but my hair was damaged big time. I never have got her to understand how much it was damaged and how she could make it right. As long as she got paid she seemed happy. I’m one very unhappy customer and I do not recommend Penny."
