"I split one of my lower molars this morning. I called to get an appointment and they worked me in today. They normally take a late lunch to help patients be seen during patient lunch breaks, and I'm pretty certain they missed all or part of their lunch to see me. I needed shots to numb my lower teeth and gums. I can honestly say that I didn't wince in pain even once the way Dr. Bruce gave ample time for the topical agent to work and the time he gave to making the injections. He and the staff at this clinic are incredibly patient-focused in how they deliver care. A prerequisite for that kind of care is being a kind, caring person and it shows in how they interact with patients. Even if I had experienced at least some or even plenty of the reasonable injection pain that I expected, I'd still be confident in saying that the level of care and customer service is unmatched. No pain, though, today. And dental cleanings are the same way. They are thorough and efficient, but always being careful and sensitive to each patient's case needs."
"I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until now. Dr. Bruce makes you feel so relaxed and he has a great sense of humor which I love. Tonya is so great in the back as his assistant. Lauren and Vicki are the greatest dental hygienists and his front desk makes checking in and out so easy."
