"The team at Brighter Image dentistry was extremely warm & welcoming! I called them to see if they were accepting new patients & Priscilla was the nicest, most accommodating person I could have ever hoped to talk to! She was understanding of my anxieties and assured me that they would take that into consideration. As soon as I walked into their office I was comfortable, and everyone there was very nice and welcoming. They let me know what they were doing as it was happening so that I wasn't left in the dark. Update: Dr. Maddox was a great dentist for a few years. His staff is really friendly and the work he did was outstanding initially. My last visit there was after he put a crown on that shifted my bite and caused me significant jaw pain and caused my teeth to hit together when I ate. I asked to replace the crown, and he told me that there was no way it was the crown. He proceeded to ask me a series of rude questions. The conversation ended with him suggesting that I play the lottery so that if I won I could come back and he could “give me a beautiful smile.”"
