"I went to this Home Depot (Madison) Oct 5th at 1:00 to get 4 flats of pansies..Well needless to say I left the garden center empty handed. Why?? In the garden center there wasn't a single cart to carry out those pansies. I asked the employee if there were any carts and her reply was"I guess not." Shame shame..Guess I will have to go to the blue store down the street."
