"Made a appointment to come to my home for estimate. Never showed up. Nor a phone call for not showing up. Jerks."
"When I purchased the new LVP flooring to be installed in my home I was told that they would start the installation on Mon. 7/31 and finish on tues. 8/1 2023. After the first day the installers informed me that they would probably finish on 8/2 and not to pay any attention to the front office. On tues. 8/1 at around 9a.m. I received a text from Cornerstone stating that the "Boss" had messed up and booked the installers on another job that had to be done before furniture from Europe arrived, and that the installers would return to my house on thurs. 8/3. I had painters booked to start wed. 8/2 and had to cancel them.They finally got the floor finished late thurs. 8/3, and I was lucky to be able to get the painters the following week. The installers were great guys, very professional and courteous and excellent at what they do. Cornerstone was very unprofessional. The fact that they informed me by TEXT, were not that concerned with bumping me for 2 days and messing up mine and the painters schedule, did not seem to faze them at all. The real low score for customer service came when I went to pay the bill and it seemed like management scattered showing zero concern for my finished project or even an apology/thank you, in person just to at least show some concern. The installers are free lancers so if I do another flooring project it's nice knowing that I can at least get them."
