"Very unprofessional. Didn't solved our issue. They charged us since the minute we call them. They took 55 min to come 15 miles and we paid for that. He basically worked an hour and half charged us for 3 hour. Which still is 2.5 hours. When we clear this up, they got very rude. Such a unprofessional business. Worse part is they don't know what they doing and do not solve our issue."
