"I really hate to rate this establishment like this because I really like the workers, the building is always super clean (health score 100) and they are very prompt with service.. HOWEVER, this IS a nail shop and I have been very unhappy with my nails each and every time I've come here. My nails are NEVER dry even after an hour trying to dry them because she doesn't allow enough time in between coats to dry, always uses waaay too much polish with coats and apparently the dryers are not up to par. I've tried to patronize them, but after 4 unsatisfactory visits, I am done."
