"If zero stars was possible that is what this company would have from me. The lady in the office is ABSOLUTELY RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. She does not need to be working in customer service. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. She refused to send an invoice for the services and demanded payment before we even knew what she was charging us for. Please save yourself a major headache and do not use these people. I have never had someone talk to me the way she did and even called my son a jackass multiple times. Please please please DO NOT USE these people."
"Following an an accident my insurance company used B&B to tow my vehicle. They arrived quickly and the tow driver was very polite. They also helped me get my belongings after the fact from their yard and promptly moved my vehicle to the shop after the insurance adjuster inspected it. I’m very pleased."
"THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY! The lady on the phone was very rude and would not work with me about payment. I told her that my husband was on his way with cash and she said they would not send anyone out until he was there and ready to pay the 45 dollars. She couldn’t care less that I was stranded in the parking lot with a three year old. Would give one star, but the guy who unlocked the truck was professional and nice. But the lady on the phone could learn a little compassion for their customers..!"
