"I do not recommend the dentist office! My mother in law has been calling for over 2weeks to try to get a appointment, has yet to receive a call back or talk to anyone over the phone! She’s left numerous messages!!"

I need root canals n fillings n the Dentist recommended pulling all my teeth n getting Dentures down the Road. Empty office fully staffed. Rude obnoxious n aggravated to have to speak to me much less help me. Don't waste ur x going here"

"well speaking very honestly i don't know how my experience would be called out of schedule 3 appointments with them they have canceled all three of them as well as my wife's. they are very disorganized and not very willing to help you if you're not willing to pay cash upfront they do not like insurance i have very good coverage on my insurance and they keep refusing to help me please do not go to this place it is horrible please do not go to this place it is horrible thank."

"Citronelle Dental from Health Department is the worst dental facility that I have ever been to. Maybe just because we're different or something, but from the first initial meet to the final appointment the staffs doesn't show any professionalism and/or any of good working ethics. I will never recommend anyone to come to Citronelle for any of the dental work."
