"I decided to use Watermark endodontics as a reference from a friend. I asked at my initial visit for a total cost evaluation so I would know exactly how much the procedure would cost and not be surprised by any extra fees. I was told the amount would be around $1,000 total. We set up a payment plan which they would only allow two payments so a little over $400 each time. I had the procedure and was told if I had any problems at all to please contact the office. I did notice what appeared to be a hole in my tooth under the filling later on and after repeatedly calling and asking for the dr to just take a look and be sure all was ok and I hadn’t damaged it in some way i was told he was busy and in procedures and didn’t have time. This month I received yet another bill from them that had an additional $600 worth of fees that they said insurance denied. However I had already paid my bill in Full! Now I’m being told it is going to cost me another huge sum. I do not understand how they can legally go back on a contractual payment plan and charge me more than the insurance allowed. It is their responsibility to file the insurance before and be sure the patient is aware of all charges. I would not have had the procedure done had I known beforehand how expensive it was going to be and just how unconcerned they actually were about me."

"Dr. Moore, his dental assistant, and Lauren were all amazing. I received multiple text from Lauren prior to my visit about my care, His dental assistant sat with me prior to the procedure and explained everything about the procedure to me. She was extremely personable and friendly throughout the procedure. Dr. Moore (as I told his brother and mother) treated me like family. He is kind, caring, and professional He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I have seen him multiple times for past root canals that have developed abscesses under the crown and would definitely go back if needed. The gourmet soup he sends home with his patients is delicious. You can’t go wrong if you see him for dental work!!!"
