"First time trying Valvoline. Oil change. I thought the wait was a little long; the vehicle in the bay was already in progress when I arrived, but I still waited fully 20 minutes. Then, once I was in the bay, took another 20 before they got done. However, Torriance and Alex and Anderson provided good service with a smile, and (with the coupon I received in the mail) the price was nice."
"I no longer trust these guys. Friendly and willing to help for a price. They actually left my dipstick halfway out or not all the way secured. I noticed it today when I started seeing puddles under my vehicle. Checked it and I was about half a quart low. I'm going back to a real shop. Did get a refund trying to make it right. I do thank them. I’m going back to Minor Tire. Yes, you wait but it’s worth it and cheaper."
