"I bought my Kia soul 2023 brand new. There were light cosmetic scratches. They assured they'd be buffed completely out BEFORE I began signing paperwork. I began the purchase of the vehicle and waited several extra hours for a "quick buff". Finally brought the car out. Not a single scratch had been touched. The guy who washed the car said he didn't know it had to be buffed... The manager or owner, I'm not sure, came out and I told him I wouldn't be leaving with the vehicle if the scratches didn't come out and I didn't appreciate how the attitude towards me changed as soon as I signed some paperwork. I was scoffed at that I'd back out over something "so minor." I was in love with the soul already so stayed even longer for them to actually buff everything out. Left not happy. This was my first vehicle I had purchased for myself and was something I should have been happy and excited for. Lots of recalls - obviously not the locations fault. Issues getting my Kia serviced every single time. The mechanics department is very rude. Will hang up. Will not call back. If something goes wrong it's because someone who conveniently was fired in the last few days did it. As a Kia retailer you're supposed to be ready to service customers with recalls. Time for my oil change. First one with Kia is free. I went at 5000 miles. Was told that I should come back at 7000 as that is the new norm. I believe they just didn't want to do the work. I almost had to argue but left to return at the 7000 mile mark. Call to make an appointment. They don't do appointments - first come first serve apparently. Which is fine but you cannot be rude with your customers and expect them to return. I would never encourage my friends or family to shop or service with Kia bramlett."
