My wife was pushing me to call, and I told her nothing probably could be done until next week with my schedule appointment. Was I wrong. So I called, and Kelly answered, she and Dr. Graham took the time to look into what could be done to address my specific needs. "I've been coming to Acton Family Dentistry for a long time and my primary dentist Dr. Jin Li has been best every time when I come for a cleaning appointment. But two weeks ago, I was scheduled for cleaning with Dr. Li and no one at the front let me know that he wasn't there for my scheduled appointment. Instead of telling me that he wouldn't be in at the time the receptionist called me to see if can come in early and I told her no and she never inform me about Dr. Li absence. If I would have known then I could have rescheduled for a different day. At the appointment they took pictures of my teeth and cleaned them. Then a female dentist walks in and she tells me that I might have trauma to my teeth and I would need to go to Brookwood to get an root canal based on pictures that were 6 months apart. The difference of the picture was darkness near the tissue. I knew from beginning that the assistant was taking the picture poorly not only once but twice. I went to Brookwood Endodontic today and they took a picture of front teeth and said that the nerves are perfectly normal and there is nothing wrong with them. The picture they took didn't have a darkness in the tissue and they were confuse as I was for being there in the first place. I am extremely disappointed on my experience and I wasted my time over bad pictures that an assistant took of front teeth."

"I needed immediate attention for my tooth. They set an appointment for me. They were nice from start to finish. The receptionist that answered the phone to the staff member that helped find it. My nurse assistant and Dr. Lee very nice. I have not had a root canal and crown like this before. Dr Lee is very updated on everything. Nice atmosphere and they worked with me."
