"Called garage a about 3:45 asked when they close, she said 6, great, right! Got there at 5:30, CLOSED. CHAIN BLOCKING THE LOT. RED FLAG, Tow truck driver had to drop the car off in the street over night. Took my car in because it did not start. Woman told me that she call when the mechanic found the problem. RED FLAG, 3 days LATER I called to see if they had, RED FLAG she told me it will get to when we get to it. really. 4 days later she calls, said it is the starter. Ok, how much "300$" labor, "150$" for part, "100$" for diagnostic check, 95$ tax. 2 days later she calls the car is ready. Go and pick up the car, RED FLAG, she tells me we only take cash. She tells me the power steering is a bit hard, Get in the car start it , the power steering is out, was working before we took it there, so was the alternator, air conditioning system worked. Hot , cold, hot cold, all the way home, air conditioning was working the day we took the car in, also had all the fuses and relays in the fuse box get the car home, parked it and attempted to start it again would not start, battery indicator light is on. Checked the power steering pump, does not work, alternator not charging the batter, coolant in air conditioning low, missing a relay and fuse from the fuse box, JUST TOOK IT IN FOR THE F**N STARTER!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!"

Yes he lifted up the car and walked me through it all. WOW! This place is so clean...ladies and the restroom a old but very clean"

"I bought a 1997 Ford van and needed a realiable mechanic to give an overall inspection. My dad recommended Alex, who had solved a brake problem which two other mechanics had failed to solve. Alex didn't charge me anything for checking all systems in the van and then only fixed what was absolutely necessary. You won't find a better mechanic in Decatur, Alabama."
