"So I had that root canal today and other than the fact that I had to lay there for an hour (only problem is that I have ADHD and am very restless) the whole procedure was even more comfortable than most fillings and cleanings that I've ever had. Dr. Egbert described everything that was happening and even made the shots not hurt. Lindsey has the sweetest personality and made me feel so comfortable about the whole thing. I was also amazed at how knowledgeable she is and her willingness to assist and give answers to the rest of the staff. I even almost fell asleep to the sound of Chris Tomlin radio playing on pandora in the office. I have a ways to go before my teeth are where I want them to be and I trust Cornerstone to help me get there. So glad I found you guys."
"So far so good. Very nice and clean office.great decor actually. Everyone is super nice. I'm a new patient and had to wait 40 minutes to be seen but Gina, the receptionis apologized twice for it. Then I found out that the are actually short staffed today. I understand and have no problem with that. Everyone was super apologetic for it They will talk and joke with you at reception so it's not like you're just sitting there being bored. So I came in because I have a toothache and I know that I need to get back on a dental treatment plan. They are so compassionate and understanding. No judgement whatsoever. I actually need to have a root canal and Dr Egbert gave me no runaround about it although he told me that he hated to give me that kind of news on my first visit. They have me set up on a plan to get my dental health back to where it should be. I chose them because they had such good reviews on Blue Cross Blue Shield website. And because they are right next to where I live LOL. I'm so glad I visited and we'll go nowhere else from now on."
