"Shane and his crew are the best! He's very honest, dependable and his prices are fair (much less than other garages with more overhead). Shane knows that I don't know much about cars but he has never "talked down" to me and has always treated me with great respect (as a woman dealing with a male dominated industry, I really appreciate that!). He is also very patient and helpful. For example, I recently called him while my van was misfiring/making jerking motions. I felt panicked, but he reassured me and calmly talked me through it. I then drove my van to his shop and it was repaired quickly. I could go on, but the bottom line is my dad and I have taken our cars to EZ Car Care Center for years and we trust Shane completely. He and the other guys there are great!"
"Shane has always given excellent service at fair market value. I could pay more but I would not be getting more. Andrew who works for Shane is one the most talented individuals I've come across when it comes to serving a vehicle. I have been in their shop with a totally disassemble Ford Explorer with 100's of parts to be put back. Andrew to my total amazement, put this maze of parts back in short order. An extremely talented mechanic. Would highly recommend their Shop. There is nothing they can't address better than a dealer and more cost competitive. Thumbs up!!!!!!!!!"
