I’m a perfectionist and when I got the car new 10 years ago there were a few small cosmetic issues that I let go because it was just a daily driver. "I'm gonna give 5 stars, because the work was perfect, they cleaned our car inside and out and even touched up paint chips all the way around the car for nothing. The only negative was that it was scheduled for 7 business days to repair, but it took 31 business days to actually complete the job. Yes, when they dug into it, they found more damage which doubled the repair cost, but by week 3, week 4, I was beginning to wonder if I'd ever see our car again. 46 days total, that's 6 1/2 weeks later I finally got it completed. Maybe you need more manpower, or don't overbook yourselves. Excellent work! Bad time management. Added note: When my rental insurance ran out, they DID take over my rental car payments. I commend them for that!"
