"A terrible experience with Savannah. Never going back. I went for a hair cut and color. I selected a specific shade of copper for my highlights. Ended up with more of a red shade. She wanted to correct it but it would take additional 20 minutes on top of the 3.5 hours it took for my color service. The cut was a nightmare: I showed her a picture of the simple cut I wanted. She blew dried my hair and straightened it BEFORE the cut, then trimmed rather than actually cut my hair. Of course she couldn't style it because it was already flat ironed, which meant I left without even knowing what it would look like. I've never seen anything like this or had such a terrible experience in a hair salon before. I paid $225 and now I have to go to another salon to get everything she ruined fixed: color and cut. Simply ruined my day and my mood not just my hair. Edited to add that three days later, the color is terrible and my hair is extremely dry, stiff, and dull versus its natural softness. No idea what kind of cheap stuff they used on my hair. I'm beyond annoyed and frustrated. DON'T USE THAT PLACE!"

"I had a hair emergency and needed help fast! Unfortunately I has a hair accident and my hair was super uneven! I was a 7 on the top and a 3 on the bottom, with a very poor bleaching done on the pieces of hair near my face. I got in with Brittany and she worked wonders with evening out my overall color and even hid the poorly bleached piece! Then gave me some lovely face framing pieces! Saved me from a hair disaster!"
