"I am on a 6 month nail journey. I've been using another local nail salon for 5 months. I'm a habitual nail biter. I usually go as a walk in, this morning they only had one tech and a line of 6. No biggie, I searched around and found Nail Galaxy, in the mall. I had remember I'd seen them shopping around for my daughter's home coming dress. I showed up at 9:35, they weren't open. So I looked up the hours. Hours say 9 am to 6pm. No biggie maybe someones running late. They arrive at 9:55am. I'm there with one other lady waiting. She ushers me ahead bc I'd been there. Idk what I'm doing so I kinda ask what I should be doing. I'm told pick a color, but am not directed to where I should be looking. I find one in 35 seconds bc anxiety. Idk where to sit. So I ask. They don't hear me. I find my seat and the male nail tech goes to work, Doesn't ask me anything, so I chime in and say I just want my nails done with no tips as I don't care they are uneven. Eventually they will be. I have previously had tip and fills and have broken them alot. So I've opted to just have my nails done, No tip and they will eventually grow out and be even at some point. I know most would want even nails. He's doing a great job. Clipping and grinding away. I read some reviews of this place before hand while waiting. Not many were very good. Some point out they don't talk to you. And per my personal experience now they do not infact speak to you; which I find very satisfying. Not everyone wants to talk. For some they just want the service. I'm one of them. I wouldn't have minded if they did ask what shape or regular questions typically asked. But that's ok. Because this young guy did fabulous. Half way through another worker fid show up and didn't take the next lady. She instead walked in looked at her and said "what you want," and preceeded to get in a pedicure chair and jump on her phone. The women responded with what she was looking for. Nothing. As more ppl arrived one left bc of wait time. And finally the nail tech that was just chilling on her phone took a walk in and not the lady waiting. Stating she didn't do full sets just full ins. The environment wasn't very inviting and there wasn't conversation; but the young guy who did my nails silently was perfect! I love the out come of my nails and the little chaos at this place. It's real and raw and they are human. I felt more comfortable in the inviting chaos here then many of the other shops here in Jasper. The pricing on the sign is confusing but 40$ is absolutely worth it! I will be going back! Appreciate you!"

"I got gel manicure for $25 price was not bad, nails look okay but defiantly not as good as I would like for them to be. The lady who done my nails was very rude barely spoke to me and was in a rush. My friend got her nails done too and was not happy with hers while I was waiting for her to get done the same lady who done my nails came out of bathroom did NOT wash her hands and went and started another manicure, that can cause infection! I will Not be back"

"They told us we can only get one solid color and no design. The polish under the mat isn’t even dry you can even push it out. I’m not being rude or trying to put anyone down but I paid 40 dollars for these.."
