"It was the day of my moms funeral viewing and I really messed my hair up I immediately cry called and they said come right in. The lady that got my call cut my hair she was so kind and good with me. I was a mess. The lady when I came in a heavy set lady like myself was grumpy with me. Every thing about her seemed grumpy."

"Candyce is my Hair Artist! I have been her client for years. When she moves to a new place I follow. I have short, thick hair, with a mind of it's own. She always gives me a good cut and gets my cowlicks under control. My hairs grows out well which is the sign for me of a good cut as I am bad getting back quickly enough for another cut. Plus she is a lot of fun to talk too."

"This was actually the WORST experience I have ever had, at a salon!! I hate leaving bad reviews, but .. The situation made me even want to call back & talk to the management. It was that awful!! I was a walk in, & unfortunately was selected by the only lady with an open chair; bc all the other guests, were patiently waiting for the other barbers (now I understand why it was open) I came in, looking for help, to cut off all my fringed dead ends.. I have been having issues with hair loss, from stress, and other personal things..& it was not healthy, & I knew that. & told her this!! I asked for her to give me a pixie cut, almost shaved, to just get rid of all of it, & to start over. She WOULD NOT stop getting angry with me, and how "damaged" my hair was. After I repeatedly told her why, I eventually gave up talking, & just sat there. This lady was SO MEAN to me, I couldn't believe how rude she could be to her customers...Who she is actually expecting a tip from? I was blown away.. Working in the sevice industry myself? I was DUMBFOUNDED at her behavior.. She even tried to push me to buy a hair mask "to fix my damage" & when I say push? She was forcing me, until I finally got a bit angry & told her AT THE checkout, "NO I am not buying those" she told me the total for the cut, I paid, hit "No" on the tip option, & walked out. In complete disbelief that this had even happened... because how does this woman even have a job? Why is Great Clips allowing their employees to trash talk their customers? Why on earth did she expect me to give her a tip? All of these questions, & the entire situation was just horrendous. MAKE SURE YOU CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DRESSER THAT YOU TRUST, BEFORE GOING INTO THIS SALON!!"

"Jan. 4th 2024 I went to your location in Jasper, Al.to get a haircut. I have been a faithful client, mainly because of Molly. I didn't see Molly so had another stylist cut my hair. Probably the worse haircut ever. I have never done review before, but this needed to be done. She seemed to care only about how fast she could get me in and out. Never asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed and seemed to only care about getting me out of that chair. If this is what myself and wife are gonna be subjected to, we need to consider another salon. Molly is terrific and And always seems to make sure we are happy before we leave."

"Me and my girlfriend both came in for a wolf cut with our hair and we were very surprised with the tremendous service. Everyone was so nice and not to mention that my hair looks gorgeous after this visit! I highly recommend getting a hair cut at this great cuts, especially from Brooklyn."
