"Today i was completely embarrassed by this facility. This was my 2nd time going & i had a cleaning-mind you at the first visit i asked what i would pay out or if insurance would cover it. first visit was great second AFTER the service i was told i needed to pay out of pocket. which i did not have.. especially after being told that my insurance would pay for that service. i was completely embarrassed & when i said i didn’t have the money could it be billed i was told i needed to do something right then. there was other clients in the lobby who could hear everything being said while i was made to look completely terrible for not having money after i was told it would not cost me out of pocket. i have never been so embarrassed. the dentist himself is so kind as well as Cheryl who cleans my teeth! absolutely loved them! after being completely embarrassed by the lady up front i will not return. had i known that my insurance wouldn’t pay i would have waited another 3 months where it would had paid. as a mother of three at christmas time."

"Dr. Tittle and his crew always take time to make sure you have the best dental care! He's very honest and doesn't do something just for money and also sends you to a specialist if need be. I grew up in Winfield in the 70s and 80s and a certain dentist used to like to drill every tooth whether needed or not or so it seems......."

"I like Dr Tittle but I recently found out I had a credit at his office for overpaying for a visit. I called and asked if they could mail me a check and the lady told me I would have to send her a stamped envelope for them to do that. That is ridiculous!! They owe me!! They should be able to pay a 50 cent postage and take care of their patients!! This blows my mind. I work in a Dr.s office myself and I have never, ever heard of any Doctor, clinic, dentist, etc. doing this. Just not very professional."
