"DO NOT GO HERE!!! On a Tuesday afternoon, my fiancé surprised me by treating me to a nail appointment. Typically, I opt for acrylic nails with a gel top coat and occasionally chrome accents. This was my first time visiting this particular nail salon, chosen out of necessity for a last-minute appointment. I called ahead and scheduled the appointment for 4 o'clock. When I arrived, there was no one else in the salon except for me and one other woman. I didn't think much of it and took a seat. I explained my preferences to the young lady who would be doing my nails. The appointment proceeded, and although the nail technician was a bit rough with my nails, it wasn't a major concern. After the other customer left, she generously left a $10 tip, which the two women working there promptly started making fun of in another language, laughing and rolling their eyes. I thought it was commendable that she left such a tip, especially given the quality of the work. I left after paying, but two days later, I woke up from a nap, and one of the nails had come off. Normally, my nails last for two weeks before I need to remove them, and it takes hours of soaking to do so. The fact that a nail fell off while I was sleeping without any discomfort indicated a subpar job from the start. Today, I returned to have them fixed. There were four women sitting in the pedicure chairs, and it took the owner/employees 20 minutes to acknowledge my presence. The owner of the salon was present but pretended not to remember me, even though I was the only customer there that Tuesday afternoon. I would have let this go, but the fact that they ridiculed a customer for leaving a $10 tip is unacceptable. As someone who has worked as a waitress, I know the importance of appreciating any tip left by a customer."

"I never got the girls name but I came in for a full set today on may 23 she did a blue fade into the white on my nails, she really took the time on my nails unlike a lot of nail techs, she cut up and made conversation and not made it awkward and silent, she can go far with nail designs with anything you’d like on your nails, I would choose her every time to do my nails❤️"
