So I had them to replace the spark plugs, cabin filter (both really needed it) and an oil change. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. A great repair experience. "Not the same as when Ladd owned it. Took new starter back and swapped it for a refurbished one. Only found this out when going to O’Reilly’s and checking warranty on it. They told me what Bubba had done. He even put it in his name and kept the difference in cost."
"They was good with customer service. They got my car up and running. It did take a bit longer that need be, that was on them! The communication got a bit lost in the middle, but was able to get it cleared up fast. Due to their having issues at first they adjusted my pricing and took off some!! They were able to figure out what my problem actually was. I liked that very much!! Over all very satisfied with them. I will use them again."
