"I had difficulty in the past with contact lenses and had come to terms with the fact that I would always wear glasses. I scheduled an appointment with VisualEyes for a routine exam, but asked about contacts, hoping that I may be able to try them again. After my exam, Dr. Phillips discussed my lens options and worked with me to find contacts that would work for me. "I just got back from taking myself, my daughter, and my son. The ladies were super nice and helpful. They really listened to you and tried to tailor glasses for each individual persons needs rather than wants. They acted like we were humans and not using us to just see if they could get us to buy the most expensive to get a high commission. She calculated how much each pair of glasses would be if you didn't have insurance, the price for the basic stuff with my insurance, and the price with my insurance with the add one like anti glare, blue light, etc. It made it easier for me to make up my mind like that so I could see exactly what my insurance did. I was scared to go here because it's always scary going somewhere new. I had used Dr.May for years but he is returning to his home town. I am so glad I did go here because now I have found a new home for now on. I will not be going anywhere else now. You would do yourself an injustice if you don't stop in and give them a try."
