"Fantastic coffee and fantastic food. The staff is all lovely and the atmosphere is great. Seriously, come here if you want good coffee! My only complaint is the distribution of tasks behind the scenes. For whatever reason the manager or owner, the gentleman with the gray goatee, is taking orders often. I'll be honest, this guy does not have customer service skills, and if you aren't generous in your interpretation of his communication skills he seems a bit rude. No smiling, no customer service platitudes, cuts you off mid sentence because he is only going to communicate in the order of the POS system, and he also hardly makes any eye contact with the guest. The bones of this business are too good to be squandered by having somebody without customer service skills be the person directly interacting with the customers. I'm saying this as genuinely as I can with no ill will towards this man I'm sure he's great at a lot and I applaud him for running the business as well as he seemingly is but as a manager or as an owner you need to understand where your strengths are. I'm putting all five stars because I'm rooting for y'all, and I hope this feedback is helpful."
