"I'm going to stop using them. For the third time now my federal refund is taking over 8 weeks. The last time this happen something was filed incorrectly by superior accounting. Yet again I paid 130.00 for tax preparation, set up direct deposit, trust these people with my information. Now I have a problem and tried call them and there message said they are on vacation for a month because it was a HARD tax season... this is ridicules."
