"This place fixed my grandson’s phone cuz he did something to the battery that it wouldn’t work anymore! They will fix anything as long as you want to pay! The man even told me that it wouldn’t be worth trying to fix my tablet! So I had him repair an iPad instead great place I recommend!"
"They deceive their customers. They will tell you it is one price when they call to tell you it’s ready and upon arriving to pick it up then the price is different. The technician was being smart saying he wasn’t the one that quoted the price over the phone and what he had to do to the device. But whatever he had to do was already done when the call was made that it was ready and the price was given for services.Bad business!!!Beware of this place! It’s more professional places to go get your device repaired! If I could give a 0 I would!!"
"Saul is amazing. I initially took my PS5 and iPad to Ubreakifix. They kept my devices a total of 10 days and said that both couldn't be fixed by them. I googled and came across Smartech. Both devices were fixed in less than 24 hours. Definitely a gem and would recommend! He communicated throughout and had outstanding customer service. Lucky to find this place!"
"They put a defective screen on an expensive phone. Charged $200 and the phone had a glitch in it after the screen repair. The tech didn't call me when he was done fixing the phone. I had to pick it up 2 hours later right before closing. I noticed the phone dialed numbers and the screen went crazy I returned to get the phone checked. The owner turned the phone on and off to make it stop for a short period of time. They argued that I done something to the phone and they don't do warranties. I then dropped the phone in the store and he blamed the glitch on me but it was glitching the whole time. He knew the screen want a good screen to begin with. Do not go there"
