"I had many issue with my taxes this year, Done by Frank. He did not have all the correct information and never reached out to me before submitting my taxes. After calling him many times I finally got him on the Phone on 6/2/21 I was never aware of the misinformation until I reached out to the IRS. My taxes were filed in February, it is now June. Due to his mistake I was given false hope on my 2020 tax return. On the paper work I was given by Frank after my taxes were submitted it said I was going to receive $2292. After months of trying to contact frank and the IRS the IRS lady finally explained what had happened. Frank took it upon himself to assume a few things on my return that flagged my taxes also due to this I am not getting $0 back this year. If he would have called me to get the correct Stimulus information this would have never happened. Shame on you, and shame on the way you do business."

I attempted rectifying the situation multiple times by having frank sending in the proper corrections. After three attempts (i dropped off the proper documentation and called multiple times) the issue was never resolved. Instead i received a notice to seize property from the IRS due to the lack of follow through on their end . When i called to ask about fixing the issue due to the ongoing mistake and lake of effort to fix the issue, Franks daughter became rude and unprofessional, telling me to take my business else where and that she has no desire to have any interaction with me. If you want a professional experience deal with Frank the accountant and NOT his daughter. She is rude, incompetent and has zero customer service skills."
